I just wanted to reach out and say thank you for the excellent service you have provided! State Street went above and beyond to help me out, which I am very appreciative of. I will definitely recommend State Street to anyone looking to rent in the Fredericton area.

We love this place. The office staff is very professional as they respond by email that day for maintenance or any issues and they are typically resolved within 24 hours. The tenants are super friendly and often do social events on the ground floor. The 10 x 10 storage unit is awesome. Exercise room is a nice perk. Covered parking outdoors is awesome and the driveways always plowed. Carts available for elevator to load in groceries etc... work great. Building is very quiet and secure. No complaints.

We have enjoyed our stay here at Fairway Hills and wish to thank you for all your help when we needed to cross the border back in June! We have gotten to know some of the tenants here during our stay and their friendliness was much welcomed. Thank you for everything. We enjoyed living in this apartment for 5 years.
