    We love this place. The office staff is very professional as they respond by email that day for maintenance or any issues and they are typically resolved within 24 hours. The tenants are super friendly and often do social events on the ground floor. The 10 x 10 storage unit is awesome. Exercise room is a nice perk. Covered parking outdoors is awesome and the driveways always plowed. Carts available for elevator to load in groceries etc... work great. Building is very quiet and secure. No complaints.

    The apartment maintenance and service has been free and timely. There have been several occurrences where something needs fixing in the apartment and they usually send someone over to fix it immediately. In my last apartment, I would have to bother my landlord endlessly to have something taken care of. Not here.
